Custom Training Program for individuals within Corporations, as well as group/team dynamics. Perfect for top regional half- and full-marathon Relay Teams!

We’ll design a specific Training cycle – 13 week minimum recommended, but can also devise 26-week, up to a full year. Whatever the goal of such a Corporate Team, we’ll come up with a Training Plan that’s flexible and also specific to the abilities of each Team Member.

Let’s get started!

BASE team -- up to 5 participants / 3 -6 times per week

ADVANCED team -- 5-10 participants / 3-6 times per week

ELITE team -- 11+ participants / 3-6 times per week

13 weeks w/ Specific Programs per Experience Level:

  1)  Starter . . .  3x per week (speed, tempo)

  2)  Racer   . . . 5x per week (speed, tempo)

  3)  Advanced  6x per week (speed, tempo)

  4)  PB  . . . . . . 6x per week (speed, tempo) + goals

  5)  Qualifier . . 6x per week (speed, tempo) + build-up
