Start with a Coaching Consultation, assessing your running history/events and PBs. Then we will write up an assessment of goals and potential – both short-term and long.

We’ll write up a daily and weekly workout schedule with a series of target races – generally covering 13-week rotations. Each Level is built specific to YOUR needs right now, then progressing as YOU advance as a runner.

 

Tried and true philosophy with a focus on fitness and remaining healthy.

13-WEEK PROGRAM:

 1)  Starter . . . 3x per week (long, tempo)

 2)  Racer. . . . 5x per week (speed, long, tempo)

 3)  Advanced 6x per week (speed, intervals, tempo)

 4)  PB . . . . . . .6x per week (intervals, long, tempo) +goals

 5)  Qualifier . . 6x per week (speed, long, tempo) +build-up
